You've got these 15-year vets that have been here for a long time, and they still have the same freshness and enthusiasm for the place as the new people coming in. I think the company has had to reinvent themselves so many times. I don't think you can find an organization that is as well positioned as we are today in the biotech space. And I think that we've got all the things we need to do it. I think that our naivete is one of our strengths. The fact that you aren't long enough in the tooth to come up with all the reasons why it'll fail, I think it's part of the hope.
