If you are a medical professional and disclose Personal Information about a patient through the Site, you and you alone bear the sole obligation and responsibility of obtaining any patient consents and/or authorization for such disclosure that may be required under federal or state law.
Information That Is Routinely Collected By Our Site Technology:
General Use. You may use parts of Our Web Site without registering or submitting any Personal Information. In connection with any employment inquiries or communications with Us, We may use your Personal Information to (i) send you a confirmation e-mail if you register with Our career Web Site, (ii) contact you if We need more information related to your employment application, account profile, or employment search, (iii) process your employment application, (iv) respond to your questions, and (v) contact you about employment positions that may be of interest to you (through Our employees or third-party recruiters contracted on our behalf).
