Joseph J. LaRosa has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since September 2011. Previously, Mr. LaRosa held a number of senior legal positions at Schering-Plough Corporation, where he was a corporate officer and served most recently as Vice President, Legal Affairs, and a member of the Operations Management Team. He also served as Vice President, Global Compliance and Legal Affairs at Avon Products, Inc. Most recently Mr. LaRosa was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Nycomed US Inc. Mr. LaRosa received his J.D. degree from New York University.
